Speaking as a consumer AND an interior designer, I cannot give high enough praise to Detail Kitchens!  My own kitchen project was done a few years ago and it was pain-free, within budget, on schedule and it turned out gorgeous.  Since that time, I have brought many clients to them and they always make me look like a rock-star, super-hero!  The attention to details (no surprise there) is incredible and they go above and beyond in the service area.  Every person employed there is pleasant to work with, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.  They have several lines of cabinets, from high end to more affordable, to fit most budgets.  I look forward to working with Detail Kitchens for many years to come.

As someone who loves to cook, the kitchen is really the heart of the home. Mike believes that too. He took a design I had received from a different contractor and made minor changes to it that made all of the difference. He looked at the design from a functional standpoint and viewed our kitchen a place we were going to leave pretty much the same for the next 15 or so years. Detail Kitchens recently helped us create a beautiful new home office. This highly functional new space features a spacious cherry desk with a laminate top, under cabinet pull out printer drawer and 2 overhead storage cabinets separated by bookshelves mounted with LED lighting. In addition, Detail Kitchens also helped us design a custom built-in cabinet with glass doors and interior lighting that's perfect for displaying our collectibles. We have been very pleased with all of the home improvement projects that Detail Kitchens has helped us with over the past several years and we would recommend them to anyone. - veigh00

In 2007 Detail Kitchens designed and installed a beautiful custom kitchen for us. They were great to work with and the Plato cabinets are fantastic. We used them again in 2011 to design the bathroom and sell us the Plato cabinets. They came up with good suggestions that made the bathroom very attractive and functional. In 2014 we used them to design our master bath and sell us Plato cabinets. Their design was great, they understood what we were looking to do and the bathroom turned out great. Detail Kitchens helped redesign my small kitchen. They knocked down a wall to make counter/eating space. There wasn't much they could do without a total reconstruction of my living space! The remodel made my kitchen and adjoining family room look so much bigger. I love my cabinets, and have the storage space I need. The contractor who did the work was wonderful, cleaned up every day, and was fun to work with. The designer seemed to know exactly what my tastes were after working together a short time and could point me in the right direction readily. I had the pleasure of working as a sub-contractor for Detail Kitchens many years ago. When it was time to remodel our kitchen we knew there was only one company to call, Detail Kitchens. We took our townhouse kitchen that consisted of separate cooking and eating areas plus the dining/living room and turned it into a beautiful open concept chef’s kitchen. Our kitchen now has a full wall of upper and lower cabinets plus a center island that is almost nine feet long. So as not to detract from the beauty of the kitchen, Detail Kitchens designed the island with a microwave drawer; a feature that we absolutely love. Kitchen was demo'd down to the studs, plumbing and electrical done by contractors, all as professional and personable as it gets. Even cut the wall and moved a doorway to enhance the fit of the fridge; done so that you'd never know the difference. Old wall oven area re-purposed into a pantry which we LOVE. Design and layout of our kitchen kept almost as it was, so easy to feel at home with the new look. Detailed finishing has impressed several "trades" friends who have seen it.
