The atrium courtyard with its musical dancing water fountain features 12 fully appointed up-scale kitchens using state-of-the-art appliances and materials. The Detail Kitchen display showcases cabinetry by Plato Woodwork in an antique white paint with a brown glaze. The island cabinets are character cherry with a sable stain and black glaze. The display features a flat panel molded inset door style with quarter turned corner posts and carved onlay moldings.

The counter tops are Zodiaq quartz surface material by DuPont. The floor is a porcelain tile bordered with Alpha Brown Zodiaq to match the island countertop.
